- Bikinies currently ships to the United States via USPS.
- We also accept orders for APO, FPO, DPO, and PO Box. Please note that shipping times may be longer for these addresses due to military or remote locations.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time:
- Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. This processing time is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed or shipped until the following business day.
- If your order requires additional verification, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if this happens.
Shipping Time:
- Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Shipping times provided are estimates given by our courier companies. While we strive for timely deliveries, please note that Bikinies cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after dispatch.
- Factors such as busy seasons, holidays, inclement weather, or natural events may cause occasional delays. Rest assured, Bikinies will always do our best to minimize any disruptions.
Shipping & Billing Addresses:
- For faster processing, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match when using a credit card for payment.
- If you’re using PayPal, please verify your shipping address to avoid delays.
- While we do accept separate billing and shipping addresses, additional verificationmay be required before your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please check the tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Unfortunately, Bikinies is not responsible for packages that are denied, damaged, lost, or stolen, nor for issues arising from incorrect addresses.
- We ship to the address provided at checkout. In the event of incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping can be arranged at your cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order is returned to us.
- If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it:
Check with your mail carrierto see if they left the package in a discreet location.
Ask family members or roommates if they received the package on your behalf.
Speak to your neighbors in case they temporarily held the package for you.
Visit your local post officewith the tracking number to open an investigation.
If the package is still missing, Bikinies is not liable for replacing lost items, but we are happy to assist with any queries you may have.
