Is the color of item completed the same as what I saw online?

We make every effort to ensure that the colors you see on our website are as accurate as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual device displays.

Why did an item disappear from my shopping cart when I tried to check out?

Sometimes, items may go out of stock or sell out while you are still shopping or before you complete the checkout process. Unfortunately, in these cases, the item may be automatically removed from your cart.

To prevent this, we recommend completing your checkout as quickly as possible to secure your items. If the item you wanted is no longer available, we’ll suggest similar alternatives or you can sign up for a restock notification if it becomes available again.

Why did my order get canceled?

We do our best to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally items may sell out before we can reflect the change on our website. If all items in your order are unavailable, you’ll be notified of the cancellation promptly.

If only part of your order is unavailable, those items will be canceled and refunded, while the rest of your order will ship as planned.

Can I Use P.O. Boxes or APO/ FPO Military Addresses?

Yes, we do accept P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses for delivery. However, please note that shipping to these addresses may take longer than our standard delivery times, as they are subject to additional processing and handling. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery and tracking updates.

How do I track my order?

Why my shipping information is not updated?

It's normal for tracking updates to pause while your package is in transit. Can I Try On Swimwear Before Returning It?

Yes, you can try on swimwear to ensure the fit, but we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines when trying on swimwear to ensure hygiene and avoid any issues with returns:

·  Wear Your Own Undergarments: When trying on bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuits, please wear your own panties as a precautionary measure for hygiene.

·  Avoid Odors: Items returned with any noticeable odors, such as perfume, sweat, or other scents, will not be accepted.

We strive to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers and appreciate your cooperation.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?

No, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that these fees will not be reimbursed as part of your refund.

What if I Missed the 15-day Return Window?
