  • 15 Days Easy Return & Exchange:

At Bikinies, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you return or exchange your new and unworn item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.

Try-On Suggestion: When trying on bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuits, please wear your own panties to ensure hygiene and avoid any issues with returns.

  • Important Notes on Returns:

Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

RMA Required: Before sending back any items, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may not be processed.

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return shipping labels, so customers must arrange for shipping themselves.

Hygiene Attention: For sanitary reasons, all sales are final on swimsuits if the protective adhesive strip has been removed.

Avoid Odors: Items returned with any noticeable odors, such as perfume, sweat, or other scents, will not be accepted.

  • Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival

We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:

    1. Contact our customer service team at service@bikinies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions. Please include your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
    2. Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending back the item(s).
    3. After you've shipped the return, please provide us with the tracking number to help us monitor the return and ensure timely processing.
    4. Refunds or exchanges will be processedafter we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • How Does the Refund Process Work?

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria (new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact). After approval, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Timeline:
      1. Inspection Period: Returns are typically inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.

      2. Refund Processing by Us: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

      3. Bank Processing Time: After the refund is issued, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment The following are estimated timeframes for reference:

      • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
      • PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days, though this may vary depending on PayPal's policies.
      • Other Payment Methods: Processing times can vary. Please check with your financial institution for more details.

    If you don’t see the refund in your account after the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider, as some institutions may take longer to process transactions.
